--- This is quote from George's dad (Ray Liotta) in Blow. Couple things to be said.
1) Ray Liotta is probably the most underrated actor ever, he doesn't have the star factor and never takes over the screen like a Phillip Seymour Hopkins can, but he is consistently solid in a long line of movies with a wide array of roles. Fact.. not opinion : )
2) Blow is better the 3rd 4th and 5th time then it is the 1st or even second... its a lot richer movie than it seems on the surface and initially you are so caught up in the story itself that you can miss a lot of the more detailed interplay.... great movie.
3) This quote is true.... especially true of poker.... and somehow sooooooo easy to forget.

UFC tonight baybay, there is nothing I'd rather do on a Saturday night than get together with some friends have a good meal and some snacks and watch some MMA (no homo).. but seriously nothing is more relaxing.
I've got bets on Lyoto, Velasquez, and Hardonk... I don't like the last bet really but whatever. And I'm paying a big price on Lyoto/Velasquez but I'm confident in paying for them because they are both smart fighters. I won't take a dumb fighter at 3:1 if he is fighting a guy with no arms.

In other news.. Saturdays in general are awesome. Today I got up played 5 board Omaha showdown with my roommates and one of my best friends from home for like 2 hrs, did Plyo (P90x), now just chilling watching the game and cooking some chicken breast and veggies.

Bout to do another boot camp of P90x to make up for the massive unhealthy fest that was Vegas/WSOPC. If anyone does P90x and wants to make me a schedule hit up here:

Rollover idk if u want a special schedule but here is a link to print the real schedule that comes with the program in case that's what ur looking for. There is also other things to take a look at.
