It's Election Eve in the states and I'm not telling you what candidate to support but I am telling you to get off your ass and vote. Anyone can complain but very little should be said if you didn't voice your opinion about who you want in office.

 I'll do more election coverage tomorrow but I'm very proud of Americans for being diligent enough to stand in 3,4,6 hour lines to be heard. It says something about what we use to stand for and maybe will stand for again.

I put my kid in daycare today so I could get more work done. It was becoming too difficult to be a stay at home dad and a poker entrepreneur so I decided to take another cut income in hopes of making it up on the felt. I'm planning on going to the WSOP in Tunica so if anyone else is going IM me at Locks1018 on AOL or Skype.

Dear Blog,

In another exciting episode of a sng grinder, I ask the question "WTF happened to my ROI?" I have been sliding as of late. Definitely since the month of December began and have lost a considerable number of races and 60%+ hands. Nothing seems to be holding for me and my only strategy is to.... play more sng's. If it's variance, it's variance. To beat variance, I must study harder and log more hours. I still want to go to Tunica. The break from reality for a week will do me good but I need at least $25k before I go and I roughly have 40 days. (More like 30-35, I need some time to myself right?)

My ROI has dropped to a wimpy 3.1% overall which makes me want to throw up a little bit. At this ROI, I will need to complete about 3k sng's in 40 days which is about 75 a day which isn't terribly difficult to do especially if I continue to overload sessions like today by play a few hours before the sun rises. When you play for a living, you do what it takes to bring home the bacon. Here's my piss poor stats for December so far.
