I been reevaluating my game, and watching alot of videos recently. Perfectly healthy, and should probably be done consistently, not just in the midst of a downswing. We'll see how it goes, and I'm sure I can get back on track. Today's video by BT has helped me alot, and I completely agree with alot of his concepts in his video. I have taken it easy so far today with poker, just trying to relax, and watch a few vids, maybe play hr or two. I'll update on session later. GL at tables.
