At least I ended up in the green today. 3.6ptbb/100 is ok, but I'd like to double that result on a regular basis. I should've been up a lot more but I called down wayyyyyy to lightly on a bunch of hands on the river. I think I played being a little tired, mixed in with a bit of tilt and that's what happens. Still need to learn a lot about control.
Hopefully I can get in another coaching session soon.

I think I will start doing that CHustle...thanks for the tip.....and Yeah, I am playing very nitty lately....mainly b/c I haven't been doing too well as of late.

running pretty bad in plo lately. the swings are so insane.

keep in mind thats 3-6. yes its a deep table, but the guy was so awful. I got a little back and then he left
sucks when stuff like that happens, but thats the game.
Anyway,
im just gonna keep at it. i feel like I def play very well at times but have to work on composure and not letting tilt creep in.

Curious as to why you think this player is awful. I was under the impression he is one of the better hu plo 2-4 5 -10 regs and I know you are a good player.

Over the last week I mainly returned to playing 4 tables of 6max 100 NL and have done very well so far. My bankroll is back up at 4400$ and I'll start taking shots at 200 NL again very soon. The plan is to make 2 more buyins or so which hopefully happens tomorrow and jump back into my regular game with 23 buyins for a 5 buyin shot. Before that happens I'll post some interesting HH's from the 10k hands that I have played since my last entry.

i just watched masterLJ's hu video where he talked about 4bet bluffing and how it was starting to get him into trouble. I was playing heads up with a guy was 3 betting quite frequently (8 out of 74 hands) and the first time i 4bet after ive been playing pretty snug this happens. i am seeing that masterLJ is right about 4 bets getting no respect it and that it is quite annoying.
still picked up a nice win off of him regardless.

Sick variance! I started the month feeling pretty confident about my game and went up 6 BIs pretty quickly! For some reason Thursday went down the sh*tter and I endend the day down a staggering 10 BIs. I played pretty awful and lost quite a bit of confidence in my abilities. Especially since it took only 50 minutes for me to loose almost 6 BIs. Meh, crap happens! Friday and Saturday combined I'm now up 8 BIs and up 4 BIs for the month! This game is really sick @ times! Funny really!

Sooooooo, a few people have asked me to put up some graphs for my swings lately because it just sounds so unreal!! Well I didnt exaggerate!!! Here is what happens when you definitely suck AND run bad!!

Peachy: Can we see your mainscreen and position pt stats? Theres obviously alot of grinders here with a solid understanding of how 200nl plays that might give feedback

Shit Peachy you have lost 20 bi's in 1 day, you need a stop loss, lol. There is a position stats tab in PT just click on that and the info is in there.
