So often I see people teaching others and validating their good decisions and I am blown away by this behavior!!! I want my opponents to think I am an idiot not a wizard.
If a situation comes up and I know what the right math or the right play is and it is brought up in conversation I will come up with the wrong solution just so people think I am clueless.
Never let them know that you know...ALWAYS SPREAD MAXIMUM disinformation.

When I was eating lunch at this Italian deli today, I saw two kids no older than 8 or 9 years old outside talking on cell phones (who do little kids talk on the phone to??). they both had black razr's... what the hell, why is my phone such a piece of shit and 5 year olds are getting razrs??? come on.
On the plus side, on the way home I drove past a street called Waterbury that I had never noticed before. For those that don't know, Andrew and I love finding towns/streets/places that are named after UB tables that we play at. Last summer I hung out in Flushing, thought about going to Brooklyn Park, and was happy to meet someone who lived in Manalapan. Andrew studied this semester in Rotterdam. If any of you know where I can find Sparta or Fortenza, holler.

Just had to share this quick. Yesterday I got this Facebook message from a complete stranger who friend requested me and I accepted:
Hey Brian !
How are you ? I know you're a pro in poker so I thought I could try messaging you be cause you know a lot of people in the poker field. I went bust and i'm looking someone to stak me up. If you know anyone interested just let me know. I play the 2-4 limit so i'm roughly looking for a 30k bankroll. I'm ready to give 20 % of the winnings to the staker.

Unfortunately I wasn't thinking and only replied with a "you're joking right?" To which he responded, "nah I'm serious." I'm not sure if he really is or not but what's my play here. I think I can still salvage this and make it funnier.

Find out where he's located and Google the address of a Western Union close by. Tell him that you don't want to t'fer any money on any of the sites due to "tax reasons". (He's a life donk, so he'll think that's legit'.) Tell him a time when the money will arrive and have him go there to pick it up. Because of the above average amount you're t'fering, he's got to tell the clerk the passcode to authenticate the transaction. Make sure you give him specific advice and come up with a hilarious passcode to give him.

brian u shouldn't bother responding to people like this. like gambler2k4 said, "he might not be someone u want to piss off". there are a lot of messed up ppl in the world and responding to him like this just gives him a reason to think of you as a bad person. You are basically humiliating this person. Look, you have lots of money, fame, etc. Live life, enjoy every moment of it. Doing immature things like this is just wrong and stupid. You should apologize to this person for humiliating him on your blog. This seriously made me lose massive amounts of respect for you as a person but I will regain that respect for you if you apologize. seriously, i've played with you back on UB years ago. Doing things like this won't make you happier. You just gotta embrace the fact that you have many, many, gifts as a person. Jokes are fine and all but I feel like this is out of line...

u guys disgusts me..... making fun of someone in private is much different than making a blog post to humiliate someone.
We're freakin human beings. You know how sensitive EVERY single person is? All it takes is a frikkin slit in the throat for you to be killed! My advice: The world is filled with horrible, miserable, beings. Instead of putting time into making fun of ppl on ur blog, do something nice for one of your relatives. I bet that would make you happier than humiliating this kid on your blog. Oh and.. its fine that you take \$ from thousands of ppl every day cause they make the decision to sit down and play with you. I don't think its ok for you to humiliate someone after they send you a message on facebook because they never asked to be humiliated. This person opened up to you and respected you and you embarrassed him. I think the quote "treat others how you want to be treated" is in order.

Today was one of those days filled with getting ok cards but being dominated the whole time. I think I drug a total of 1 kinda big pot just because I semibluffed in a good spot. Besides that, I had AQ a lot against AK and pairs against bigger pairs. Ohhhh well. Good luck to Travis Rice, who as far as I know is still in. Hopefully he makes it to the final table. Sorry this is so short, but my mind isnt working well cause of drinks.

So I was looking through the other sports bets on bodog last night and saw they put up the lines for the NBC heads up tournament that takes place in 1 month. I normally dont ever post sports picks cause id hate for people to lose money cause they go with my opinion, but I do know a lot about how all these players play. I also know that no one will have 100% roi in this tournament BUT a lot of people will have more than 0% roi just because of the 4 celebs and sat qualifiers, although the sat qualifiers might actually be good. Anyways, everyone that is 45/1 or worse can be excluded as no one will have that high of a roi most likely. There is a slew of people with 60/1 - 80/1 odds that certainly have at least an even money shot of winning it, so here are the picks.
I maxed these bets:
Bill Edler 75/1 wins lots of stuff
David Singer 70/1 won 5k at mirage 2 years ago
Scott Clements 65/1 wins lots of stuff
Tom Dwan 60/1 best heads up player ever
Me 65/1 I practice some, so im prob 64/1 at worst.
I later maxed these as well even though I dont know much about their heads up game but am assuming they are at least 64/1 or so to win it.
Scott Fischman 80/1 plays lots of sngs
TJ Cloutier 75/1 Went deep a few years ago i think
Johnny Chan 65/1 lots of wins
Scotty Nguyen 70/1 seems decent enough
