Obv I played poorly and I ran really poorly too. I played 3 separate sessions and just lost more each one. Pretty sweet to have two -25k days in one month. That really helps you win. Maybe one day I'll learn to always play my A game. For now, I'll just continue being a good player who can never get past the biggest leak in his game.
I'm down 4k on the month now. I may just try to get to even and quit for the month. I've had a few nice stretches over the last two months, but it's mostly been very frustrating and stressful.

I don't really dwell on bad beats so I'm not going to post anything here, but today was pretty brutal. I lost about 14k, mostly at 10-25nl, 1 buyin at 25-50. brutal day.

I can't believe WVU, Stanford, and Air Force all lost (and hopefully Ga. Tech are down 2 in OT).
Even if we lose against IU tomorrow I still think we are in, but it definitely depends what happens in some of the bush league conference tourneys (ie WAC, CUSA, A10). I'll probably watch about 10 hours of bball tomorrow, again.

So this is my first blog here but I am super tired, so its going to be short. I
A little about myself first, I am a 22 year old poker player. I am 4th or something like that on cardplayers poty rankings right now if anyone wants to see what ive done in live mtts. I played big sngs on party for as long as us Americans could before being forced to move to live mtts and online mtts and cash. I have $170,000ish from online mtts, even though i only play the Sundays. I pretty much suck at cash games, as I can barely compete at 5/10 but I am working hard on that and plan to start working on my plo game soon, as it seems to be where the action is. As of now though. I spend most of my time traveling the live mtt circuit because it seems like thats what I do best.
On to the boring life/poker bitching stuff...
In the last week, ive lost the $8000 turks and caicos wpt event, lost the wcoop main event, getting in with AA against JJ with 600 left, lost a $2000 sng getting AJ in against A9 on the 10th hand with sick reads, and pretty much everything else ive touched. I also won a $1000 mtt in Turks and caisoc for a nice $13,000 but besides that, not much has happened. I just got to Aruba for their $5000 mtt thats going to be happening soon...I guess ill update more when something happens.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions about how to make this blog better, please let me know. I dont know if I will post every blog here that I post on my training site (www.sngicons.com) but if you want all the entries of my life or any of the other high stakes sng players', check it out.

Meh, nothing has went right here. I lost the $3000 event cause I got no cards. I lost the $5000 event cause I fell asleep at the table multiple times cause I was up late playing dumb online mtts. I lost the main event cause I kept getting sets and losing to straights. I eventually got down to 6k out of the 30k starting stack but doubled back to 15k before getting AK. I clearly got it in against some random guys AA and lost. Ohhh well.
So, whats next...I honestly dont know. I may be going to lake tahoe but I may just skip it all and just stay in Vegas. Ill let you all know whenever I figure it out.

Things were going well. I had 2x average and was chip leader with 16 people out of 65 that started, with 9 people getting money. despite having 2x average, I had 25bbs. I then lost 22 vs 42 bvb and then 44 vs KT bvb to take 10th place. Had I won the event, I would have been player of the year by 4 points...but I lost. Ohhh well. There is still time. The next live mtt will be the $5000 main event. Hopefully I can make something happen.
