I saw a segment on the Science Channel last night about this "magical" African fruit that makes sour foods taste sweet, and it blew my mind. This looks like so much fun...check out this vid about miracle fruit from the NYT:

The berries apparently go bad in a few days, so today I bought a bunch of tablets from Amazon that supposedly do the same thing. They get here Thursday, so it should be an interesting weekend.

I tried those once, it's pretty wild. Make sure to try it with various types of juice and Guinness. I forget what else I tried but Google is your friend.
