What's Your Edge
I'm pretty tired right now so I am done for the night.

His reraise preflop was small and seemed weak. He made a pretty big bet on the flop but I was pretty sure he was weak still. I took a chance and was right, but he made a huge call. It didn't help that I only had 1800 behind me to start the hand.

This seemed like a great place to bluff the diamond flush. He told me he laid down JJJ and I believe him. He was pretty upset when I showed. I hadn't made a bluff like this in awhile so I think he made a very good laydown.
These are plays I used to make on UB all the time. I think I kind of lost my edge when I left UB. I really tightened up and stopped playing aggressive. I finally realized that I wasn't playing up to my potential.

Obv I played poorly and I ran really poorly too. I played 3 separate sessions and just lost more each one. Pretty sweet to have two -25k days in one month. That really helps you win. Maybe one day I'll learn to always play my A game. For now, I'll just continue being a good player who can never get past the biggest leak in his game.
I'm down 4k on the month now. I may just try to get to even and quit for the month. I've had a few nice stretches over the last two months, but it's mostly been very frustrating and stressful.
I'll get a good update in this weekend, before NYE.

My living room is almost completely furnished now. It looks really cool and once we get this whole placed furnished I will put up some pics.

This is awesome. Some gold digger placed an ad at Craig's List and got what was coming to her...

I'll probably actually do that for sure now that I am typing this, because the are probably reading this now anyway. Mom, Dad, I'll be home Wednesday night because I have a doc appt. Thurs morning. -T

average salary in NYC is \$48,000
In Manhatten its probably \$52,000
At Central Park West it's probably \$200,000+
I dunno where that slut gets her numbers from.
So true though, hope she kills herself when she gets ugly.
there's no freaking big no limit game going tonight. this trip is seriously rigged against me playing anything high stakes. first i lose my ID, then I get sick, now I'm ready to play and there are only mixed games etc. maybe it is a sign.
i feel like crap so i came home and am going to bed.

and drown your sorrows. Something about that place makes you forget just about everything. You could sit there, sip on a cocktail and listen to the young ladies explain how they have come to do what they are doing. Listen, and then offer encouragement...something like "I'm sorry you and your father do not have the best relationship......now here is a dollar....dance."
Good luck!

I read everywhere, that if you want to play at the big game, you should know all kind of poker, because the big guys play HORSE every time.
